Senior Software Developer/Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop program and project management applications using the .NET framework, C#. Mentor and Lead other developers in the use of tools, proper coding practices, and understanding requirements.
- Communicate with Product and Project Management to understand and implement requirements.
- Create and improve applications using the .NET Framework and C#
- Create database schemas, queries, and scripts for multiple database engines (MySQL, Oracle and SQL Server)
- Work with teams in an Agile Scrum environment to build software in a rapid, iterative way
- Respond quickly to changes in requirements
- Assist with testing software in a live environment
- Provide detailed & accurate estimates for code development efforts.
- Support and adhere to Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong knowledge and experience with the C# language.
- Experience with ASP.NET is desired.
- Experience with WCF and/or RESTful services are a must.
- Strong object oriented design/development knowledge.
- Experience using databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Usage of GIT version control software a plus.
- Experience of Web Services and SOA Architecture
- Experience with Bootstrap web library a plus.
- Experience with Unity (IOC)
- Experience with Entity framework is desired.
- Experience with MSMQ.
- Experience with XML/JSON, SOAP, LINQ.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Good communications skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience developing web services.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 8-10+ years’ experience in software development.
- Experience leading a team of developers.

Front End Web developer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop front-end components for web-based program and project management applications.
- Responsible for the design and development of user interfaces interacting with server side modules for Agile Worx applications.
- Should be capable of taking screen renderings created in Photoshop and translating it to a responsive html user interface. Should be able to modify/improve on such designs as well.
- Communicate with Product and Project Management to understand and implement requirements.
- Skilled in PSD to HTML/CSS conversions as well as “in browser” development.
- Work with teams in an Agile Scrum environment to build software in a rapid, iterative way
- Respond quickly to changes in requirements
- Assist with testing software in a live environment
- Provide detailed & accurate estimates for code development efforts.
- Support and adhere to Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong knowledge and experience with the C# language.
- Experience building web applications using ASP.NET and/or ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience with MVC pattern.
- Experience with XAML, XML, LINQ, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS/HTML.
